BNEI HAMAKOM

Eye Level Diaologue

"In July 2018, the Knesset, Israel’s legislative body, passed the Nation-State Law, which specifies the nature of the State of Israel as the nation-state of the Jewish people. “The Nation-State Bill is a Basic Law that, for the first time, anchors in law Israel’s status as the ‘national home of the Jewish people.’

Yet despite this, Arab citizens of Israel have achieved notable accomplishments and integrated in a number of demanding professions, and most aspire to full participation in professional, civil, and cultural life. By highlighting Arab citizens who have made notable contributions to society in areas respected by the mainstream Jewish population, this campaign will reach the large target audience with a message of common humanity and common interest.
